Dealer Sales Executive

Job responsibilities

  • 1. Develop and manage all aspects of the business relationship between Parex and the dealers.
  • 2. Prepare a monthly and weekly dealer visit plan for manager approval.
  • 3. Initiate support activities for targeted dealers in terms of Product Briefing, custom promotions, store merchandising, in-store activities, etc…
  • 4. Assures product and process quality by designing testing methods; testing finished- product and process capabilities; establishing standards; confirming manufacturing processes.
  • 5. Survey the market and open new dealers
  • 6. Communicate orders to Customer Service and credit notes to Finance Department and resolve related issues in a timely manner.

Qualification

  • 1. Graduated Bachelor’s degree
  • 2.Female / Male, aged between 28 - 38 years old
  • 3. Experience in construction sales only (Dealer)
  • 4. At least 5 years of working in Sales Dealer (Contruction)
  • 5. Know how to manage time and individual cost-effectiveness

Trade Merchandiser (Sales Modern Trade)

Job responsibilities

  • 1. Build ongoing relationship with Store and Section/Division Managers through personal meetings, phone and email to achieve sales objectives.
  • 2. Direct the PC’s assigned within territory and provide on-the-job training
  • 3. Stock and rotate products, build secondary displays and gondolas as needed
  • 4. Review slow moving or aging stocks and take actions to sell-out
  • 5. Merchandise home shelf and secondary displays with POP signs and other marketing materials
  • 6. Ensure pricing is correct on home shelf and all secondary displays and take corrective action as needed
  • 7. Propose deals for shoppers of large lots buying in MT within given authority

Qualification

  • 1. Graduated Bachelor’s degree
  • 2. Female / Male, aged between 28 - 38 years old
  • 3. Experience in construction sales only (Thai Watsadu, Global House, Home Mart etc.)
  • 4. At least 5 years of working in Sales Modern Trad , Sales Out (Contruction)
  • 5. Know how to manage time and individual cost-effectiveness
